I’m Petra — an ICF‑accredited, Master’s‑level coach specialising in purpose‑led career transformation for women who know they’re meant for more. I help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, uncover your true strengths, and build a career that feels aligned, meaningful, and deeply you.

My work blends evidence‑based coaching, psychological insight, and over a decade of experience supporting diverse professionals through major career transitions. I’ve coached students as an Academic Coach at UEL, CEO’s and leaders in transition, and career‑changers at university and beyond — helping them find clarity, confidence, and direction in moments of uncertainty.

Why I Do This Work

For years, I followed a path that looked “successful” from the outside but left me exhausted, disconnected, and deeply unhappy. I know what it feels like to be ambitious yet unfulfilled, capable yet lost, successful yet misaligned. Finding my own Career Flow© changed everything — and now I help other women do the same.

I bring all of it into my coaching: my academic background, my professional experience, my lived experience, and my belief that you already hold the answers within you. My role is to help you uncover them.
